HOW TO BOOK TOUR PACKAGE

Our tour operator accepts bookings for tour packages by email and Whats App. Please explain:
- Tour itinerary chosen
- Inform them of your name, nationality, location, and date of pick-up.
After you've confirmed your reservation, our tour operator will give you an invoice through email or Whatsapp and collect payment in cash at the departure point.
- Deposit a minimum of 20% of the total cost of the tour.
- Before making a deposit, please confirm the reservation with our travel operator.
- After the deposit, our tour operator will make you an invoice and send it via email or What's App.
- You could pay the remaining balance of the tour at the pickup location.

- If you wish to reschedule your tour, please let us know at least one week in advance.
- Cancellation of a deposit-required excursion one week prior to the scheduled departure date. We would like to return the entirety of your deposit.
- Cancellation of the one-week-after-deposit-payment excursion that you had arranged with us. We would prefer to return half of your total deposits.
